I will never forgive TS Entertainment for what they did to B.A.P. The members worked so hard and put in so much energy. I never knew till it came out that they weren’t getting paid. Straight up slave labor. 💔

scaryyy. when Kiss of life made sticky, my paranoid ass started thinking that the company was making them wear clothes and dance like that, but someone clarified that they are completely fine with it, and the creative team of the music video was mostly women.

So glad Loona won their lawsuits. All 12 members are thriving and happy under new companies.

Some of the contracts with some of these companies are most restrictive, idols are often mistreated with little to no freedoms for them as Artists or as individual with rights to their own personal lives, they have to make many sacrifices for their careers which is detrimental to them, they should be aware of all that it entails before they sign on that dotted line

And B.A.P has some of the best discography in kpop. They could have gone a long way and been huge. I wosh them the best woth their new music and solos

Stellar could be successful as the other sexy groups in 2nd gen if they didn't force them to do sexy concepts.

Is there a company that actually treats their talent like actual human beings? Because at the end of the day, it's not the CEO's dancing on stage.

When I saw new kpop fans claimed their group/bias being mistreat by their company just because they have less screentime/ less lines, I was like...girl, you have no idea what mistreatment really means. I am a fans of TS artist like BAP, Secret & TRCNG. They're all treated like non living things by that company.

The kpop industry is so dark and horrible. The only thing I like about it was the interactions and the music but these days there barely any interactions except TikTok’s and the music is literally dupes of pink panthers or lots of Afro beats (NOT ALL SOME). I feel so bad for what idols have to endure the pressure, the revealing clothes, and the thing is we never know what goes on outside of there lives or performances/ bts

TS had another boy group that was like the little brother group of B.A.P, called TRCNG. Their story is even worse in some ways, since they never gained success.

I have to add The Legend. Not only did their company not promote them (still wonder what was the point), they were so irresponsible that several months they failed to pay for utilities for the groups terrible dorms - often there would be no power or water. No wonder they sued to break their contract after 3 years. Even worse, their company, SS Entertainment was started by an idol, Jiwon of Sechs Kies.

There should be a law around the world that before you sign a contract its mandatory to let it sign by a lawyer who will clarify you on those terms.

JYJ and SM issue did not settle with the end of their lawsuit. SM continues to use its power in the industry to ban JYJ from going on Korean Music shows and awards.
