this is scary how every kpop fan knows this but still hates on other idols, cyberbullies them and sets them up.

Sulli wanted to be a mother. The only wish she ever had.

"It is time we realize that the voices behind it deserve to be saved, too"

That part hit hard....

I love how they are like "if you aren't pretty enough, you get plastic surgery". When in truth, you get uglier the more they try to "glamorize" you

there is a K-pop idol Hwasa . she doesnt care about fitting in beauty standard, she makes her own standards . she is not afraid of being real .

As a non kpopper, I respect these idols. I always see them at TVs dancing and singing amazingly but that comes with a sad truth

the one thing i hate about korean culture: unecessary high "need to be perfect" standards

It's more depressing when you know they have to quit the industry or more like disband the group within the period of them getting in their 30s . All this sacrifice for such a short period of time .

It's a culture that strive for such perfection

ok im just going to say this. to all of you kpop fans out there. your bias is ALLOWED to date. they're not "yours" they are their own person and are mature adults who can do what they want. and please, if they are dating don't suddenly hate that person and their partner. If you are a true fan you would be happy for them.

Rest in peace Sulli, you didn't deserve any of that pain.

Being perfect doesn’t always lead to success, those who really are themselves and follow their passion are the ones who truly succeed.

When Agon said: “Kpop idols belong only in their fans’ romantic fantasies” that actually made me teared up because it can be so cruel and sad that they don’t have any freedom for themselves. Only under the company and their fans. It’s like a puppet.

Imagine loving your Idol's fake identity made by the management. I'm so hurt as a Kpop stan. I cannot imagine the hardships they went through.

Its pretty sad that no stans ever see it from this perspective, their goals are beyond our understandings

This type of pressure exists in K-Pop in South Korea. In India this type of pressure exists in the education system. Even me as a student had to go through this type of pressure. I just realised it today.

Even though I'm not a fan of K-Pop but I can always appreciate the amount of hard work they put in!! It's enormous!!!
Everyone who is at a high position always definitely deserves it!!
