Add and Customize Infograph Center Sundial Apple Watch Complication

How you customize the Infograph center complication for Sundial has changed in Sundial v10. First decide what you want the circular part to show. In this example I want it to have the sunrise/set dials with moon phase inside. Then I change what solar/lunar events using the Sundial Apple Watch app's settings on the About page. I selected sunrise/sunset and solar noon.
