I don't blame you one bit... A few years ago my now husband & I went to watch the sunset. We went to a lovely little car park at the end of a quiet road with a field on one side & posh houses on the other. A van pulled in & I got weird vibes right away because the bloke parked facing us when he had the whole of the area! Anyway I said let's go to another place further along to another, more remote area but our 'admirer' decided to follow! He obviously thought if he hung around long enough he'd see some action...blugh! It was quite unsettling even though we were laughing because try as we might to shake him off he kept following us! It was dark when we managed to lose him so we definitely missed that sunset 😄. Take care & keep safe 👍

Give your terminals a clean with wire wool and a dab of Vaseline then make sure it’s tight. Honestly, advice is for the battery not the wife! 😂

You did the right thing, and I’ve learnt from it. I’d have been tempted to start the engine and use my own full beams to flash them back, not knowing what the nutter(s) intentions are or how far they’d go to move you on. Better to just recognise that anyone willing to go out of their way to cause trouble for someone is better just avoided

I love your channel i live in Pontesbury but grew up in Shrewsbury so love seeing the familiar places from your perspective. Also in this one you were stood on the spot on top of the hill where we scattered my mothers ashes it was her favourite place and asked we put them there.

This is the reason why I ditched my small campervan for a 4x4. Too many people at night being strange, and not to mention the 'saucy brigade' in dodgy car parks late at night that ruin a good night of camping. At least camping on green lanes you're relatively alone most of the time during the night and much less chance of having late night visitors :)

I often go for day trips in and around Shropshire, clee hill etc and there's more than enough kn*bheads on the roads up there. Stay safe and keep ya wits about ya.

Hey Brendan! Good to see your Dad again! I got my Ridge Monkey all the way from the UK to BC, Canada! Haven't had a chance to try it out yet, but super excited to take it out in the car camper! That was a scary situation at the car park! Did they just sit there with their lights shining in on you? Creepers!!

I've always found the closer you are to a town the more likely you are to be visited by weirdos in cars. Usually doing something illegal or they're with some dodgy freak they have picked up on a street corner.

For the battery problem, take the terminals off and clean them up, use terminal spray. Then find out where the earth points are and check they’re clean and not corroded 👌. Good luck.

Check the ground strap that is connected between the negative terminal on the battery to the car’s body. Had this problem with a mondeo. 😊
