Thank you so much, you have exlpained it in very simple language....apart form the ones you talked about, there are a few more components mentioned in my breakup like "Learning and dev" and "Gadget and equip" components, are these similar to LTA reimbursement or can I add it while calculating my in-hand salary?

@CareerChrome Can you please tell if its mandatory to include "Gratuity" in CTC ? Can I ask not include in the in the CTC and ask HR to increase other component ? And continue to get the "Gratuity" benefits when I leave after 5 or 4.7 years ?
