But maam ! As per labour act 1972, gratuity should be given as a token of reward if the labour works more than 5 years ..but in labour act it is not mentioned anywhere that gratuity should be deducted from CTC it would be illegal ☹️ ?? Please reply to this i want to clarify out

The government increased 87a rebate limit to is a taxable income but when you get 87a rebate 25000 on Your tax will be 0....
As per rebate is tax free salary.😂😂😂
