I have been cutting my hair for a couple years by parting down the middle and combining it to the front.
I cut it this way to shorten my hair but now I do this to trim it every several months - I watch what I am doing in a mirror and cut it straight across.
When I comb my hair to the back it is nicely rounded style that I have gotten lots of compliments on.
I am growing it long again so it is down to my waist.
