Hey! I know there are quite a few haikyuu comments already but, I recently finished the seasons and decided to start playing volleyball when I was nearly done the second season. I bought a ball and started to practice outside. I started watching victoria's videos along with; elevate yourself and koko volly. I started vollying to my friends and practiced digging and serving. two months later, I can over-hand serve pretty strong, I can set it 50% of the time to where it needs to be for the spiker (right above their hairline) and can dig most of the ball. I'm not the best at receiving but I don't know how to improve on that other than for someone to throw a ball at me, and the most important part is that I really feel the pull of the game and I fell in love with vollyball. anyhow, this is all just to say that, a lot of people might come from haikyuu but it's not necessarily a bad thing. haikyuu sparked my love of volleyball and it really gave me something to look forward to when school starts.
i really hoped this changed someone's perspective of haikyuu fans coming and learning volleyball! have a nice day and stay safe!

2:55 - Defend against a wall
4:16 - No net serve receive
6:11 - Practicing footwork
7:18 - Serving to a target
