I had to come back to this video to say thank you so much! I've been suffering from pretty bad leg pain for the past few days. Random sharp pains and felt like my leg was out of socket. I did the first exercise in this video this morning before work (didn't have time to do the rest of them). And didn't have any leg pain all day at work. You're a life saver!

Hi @DrRowe, my pain released after I did as you suggested in this video. This helps to sleep. I was unable to sleep hole night due to this pain but now its gone. THANK YOU SO MUCH 💓 💗

Thanks a lot, i got pain in inner thigh 2 days ago and could hardly sleep for 2hours on previous night . I am used to switching sides in bed and could not move. Last night @ 2 am, I watched your video, followed your exercises and it waa like a miracle. My 50% pain disappeared and i could sleep for 4 hours. I will repeat these exercises for somedays until the pain go away fully.
