Rib Pull for thoracic mobility

The rib cage is an important component to global thoracic range of motion. It is important to restore rib cage mobility first, to allow for greater movement from the mid back.
How to:
1. Top leg on foam roller (this isolates the mid back and rib cage)
2. Top hand grasps onto bottom of the rib cage
3. With a slow breath out, rotate shoulder and head
4. Top hand helps the movement
