Props to the mom that turned in her son. I can't imagine that would be an easy thing to do.

If LeeAnna truly is not with us, I hope mama is with her right now❤

I hate the fact that people could be missing and then never found, sometimes I cant wrap my head around it

That poor mum would’ve felt every emotion in the book till the day of her last breath. It wasn’t the best decision, but it also wasn’t her fault. I hope she’s found peace x

It always breaks my heart thinking the parents of missing children sometimes end up looking for them longer than they got to have them in their lives physically.

Thank you for covering this case! I lived next door to Chris and Kaelin in 2006. Kaelin passed away from cancer recently, and now Leanna's sisters have taken over the search. I'm watching this now.

Being a child of the 80s/90s, and growing up in a small neighborhood, We had a lot of independence and freedom from a pretty young age (young as in 5 or 6). With no parental supervision, we were allowed to walk around or ride our bikes up and down the street and we really didn’t have any limits as to what we could do or where we could go as long as we stayed in our neighborhood. We would tell our parents where we were going initially but It was not uncommon at all for us to start at one friend’s house and end up at totally different place. Thinking about it today, it’s insane to think about how our parents normally had no idea where we were, what we were doing, or who we were with 95% of the time.

The box of Barbie dolls given to her by a little old lady a couple of weeks beforehand, the pretending to run away to her 'new family' and the fact her body has never been found raises the hairs on my arm.
I would have been looking into all the women in the area who had suffered the loss of a child in someway, whether through death or separation of some sort.
Especially if they moved soon after the disappearance.

To me, the 45 mins could be just her playing peacefully alone, and she was watched and stolen. That's why it seemed so fast. The person was watching her and had been for a while to ensure she was alone and not just playing away from a parent close by.

As a note to all parents PLEASE listen to your babies. I know 90% of the time it’s silly, but just because their stories seem silly to us does not mean it isn’t real to them. Listen to their dreams, listen to their fears. There is absolute truth in what they say.

Is there a chance the 2 neighbours actually saw the elder sister that the mum sent to look for LeeAnna, rather than LeeAnna?

The guy that killed himself before his court date for CP seems like the most likely culprit.

Just glad you advocate so hard for the families, to always show compassion to all, and to never judge. You’re one hell of a woman, Kendall! Your daughter has the best role model to look up to.

I think it's definitely interesting the things she said to her parents. When you put it all together it definitely does sound suspicious. I know as a mother myself, none of this would be an immediate cause for concern because kids do say these kinds of things. My kids have brought toys, bikes, and coins home that I did not give to them saying someone gave it to them. But if my kids ever went missing I'm sure I'd start overanalyzing every single thing. It could mean something, it could mean absolutely nothing. It's hard not to link every little detail to your missing child I'd imagine.

So many revolting men near this little girl. The guy who said "you'd never find her" then killed himself... surely that's a main suspect?

Missing Persons cases are 💯% the most important to cover. That victim may still be out there, & their family still needs answers!!

The little old lady and the running away part gave me the goosebumps. 😱

OMG FINALLY!! Thank you for covering this story Kendall!! LeeAnna Warner's disappearance is so important to everyone on the Iron Range (the area she went missing from), I'm so glad she's getting coverage again, I feel like the media coverage really flopped on her case. Her disappearance is well known on the Iron Range, where she's from, but not really elsewhere. I don't think it originally reached enough people, someone has to know something.

Its such a shame the mother had passed away before any answers of her daughter's disappearance 😢 i pray the truth comes out eventually for peace for loved ones 🙏❤

Times have definitely changed. In 2003, when I was 5-6 I was allowed to be outside as long as I came back when the streetlights came on. The world is cruel, so it’s more dangerous now
