The police need to create a hot line number in each state for Mother's feeling overwhelmed and can't care for the kids or don't want too. Maybe a family member can take them in first before the system. I would rather the chid be alive in the system then watching these kids keep dying.

The mother stopped cooperating because she has a right to protect herself against false criminalization. She is not obligated to do anything. She has rights. This is the same thing the Ramsey family did. They even moved out of state to protect themself.
