Hi Christian
In a hybrid project that you demonstrated with agile sub-project is there a way to know from the master file how long will my whole project takes to finish? From what I see if you have a agile sub-object inserted into the master the total duration of the sub-project is not defined. Are we now saying that with hybrid projects the project manager has no way of knowing when the actual end date of the project will be. In addition, he has no clue of what the critical path or critical tasks in his project are as there no way of tracing the critical path in a hybrid project. Am I correct in my last statements?
Looking forward to your insights into my queries.
Best Rgds
