I don't drive til I see a really good quest bonus. But i go on-line few times a day and decline couple of trash trips and go off-line.
This is how I do my own strike!

Drivers shouldn’t have to select anything. This is a job not Vegas. Drivers shouldn’t have to guess or gamble on how many trip they can do. So many factors are out of drivers control. Like the length of trips and the demand for trips. Drivers should automatically get the bonus if they do the set amount of trips for it without selecting. Uber is acting like this is a game rather than someone’s livelihood. This is ridiculous!!!

How do you select quest if it is $20 for 20 trips. I would rather focus on the trip itself than hitting quests when it is low. I call it diminishing quests.

Hell, I didn’t even get a quest this week. Maybe because I am constantly complaining to them about their fares. I will continue to fight the good fight!

All my friends get lots of quests and they have some low ratings and a lot of declined trips, yet here I am, 5.00 stars and almost no declined trips and I’ve never received a quest…

The reason why they are doing this is because their EGO is hurt. Hardly anyone is choosing those ridiculous offers. So it gets turned over to your free will, because it is the free will they are manipulating. If you get my drift.

I always choose my quest because I am a full-time driver I wasn’t offered one this week. Let’s see if I get one for the Friday through Sunday I think it’s just another way to screw the driver what else is new

I was trying to complete a $100 quest on Thursday night . 6:30pm in a busy area and crickets. Nothing for 45 minutes one job per hour and of course I failed the quest. Then when I decided to go home in a rage they started bombarding me with deliveries again.

Quests are for ants. we do not get that in this market. If we did I would not select any most likely. because, quests are ant traps.

I hate all the gimmicks and wish Uber just gave us a better pice per mile and fire their Gimmick Department. Save the money they are paying to create these stupid games. Rumor has it there is a new AP comming out that deletes Uber as the middle man and connects drivers to riders without the expensive middle man giving the Driver more money and more control. Until then I sign up for a trip number bonus and that's it. I don't chase quests. But I am a part time driver. I make 300 to 500 a week and call it good.

I'm glad they did this! Now I can protest by not choosing any of the ridiculously crappy quest offers same with boost I used to click them all now I only click when I might be driving and only if they are $4 and above I don't need the lousy $1 or $2 carrots they love to see you picking up every scrap you can then they know your desperate and further manipulate you!

Thanksgiving weekend they offered nothing not sure if it things to come. Note was never offered a quest that weekend

It’s not a glitch! It’s planned. They made 40 rides the minimum amount of rides for a payment. I’m XL always go for 20 rides

It's because they seem to give you the same type of quests that you select for the next week, little more, little less depending. But if you don't select one that resets your algorithm which mainly is negative but if you do it enough times they might send you a great one to lure you back. Checks and balances. But yeah engagement and more time spent on the app looks good for them too.
