I've use your recipe several times and it makes really delicious cheese. I looked in the refrigerator and seen I had some milk going out of date today but not yet spoiled so I'm making fresh mozzarella cheese because we're having pizza tonight and I'm going to be putting this on top of the pizza. I keep having to look up your video because I can't remember how to make it off the top of my head. Thanks for keeping it on YouTube..

I just want to share my experience with trying this with ultra pasteurized whole milk.

I strained it and was folding it over and over but it was not staying together like it should have. then it was turning from cottage cheese to cream cheese. So here i am with a giant glob of cheese in one hand and reddit on my phone in the other and i found out that you can save it by getting a soup bowl, throwing it in the microwave for about a minute and get a metal spoon and vigorously mix it like you are a human dough mixer and keep throwing it in for a min, mixing it and hand folding until it is the consistency you want and youll turn the cream cheese into mozzarella.

Sista, we have been making cheese the past 2 days following your recipe without rennet. Even our mistakes were delicious. We use lactose free milk and made ricotta. We used whole milk and made stuff pasta shells with tomato sauce. Gurl thank you for this demo. 🎉 you are the best. Much Love ❤️

Hi Chef Sweetie 👩🏾‍🍳, thank you for teaching us how to prepare mozzarella cheese from scratch. All I'm thinking of is making a salad🥗 cutting the mozzarella cheese into cubes adding some sun-dried tomatoes throwing in some grilled choped bacon, black olives, prawns, anchovies, eggs what ever topping you desire, with some nice bread toasted, crackers, melba toast ect and even get some pate to go on the melba toast what a feast for boxing day breakfast well done Chef ADJELEY👏 😁keep them coming 🙏🏽🎉🎊💐🧡💐💛💐🎉🎊

If I could "like" this a thousand times I would. I can only have A2 milk but A2 cheese costs a fortune and I am craving pizza!! Everyone online says you can't make mozzarella without rennet but here we go! Trying it tonight. Thank you so much!!

Tip
Mines came out crumbly, so I got upset, and I placed it back in the pot for 8 minutes to clean it up later, and it was able to fold . I feel so much better .
