Hi, may I check with you on the following points:

1. How to invite external people (vendors / customers) into the portals?

2. In the second example the contract renewal list, was that SharePoint List?

3. You did not show us the interface between SharePoint with ERP, for example how the new vendor was created in ERP upon the review / approval internally.
