How to fit your ResMed CPAP nasal pillows mask

Fitting a CPAP nasal pillows mask properly depends a great deal on your position. Facial muscles change when we lie down and relax even further once we’re asleep, so you may prefer to fit the mask while you’re in your sleeping position. Whether you sleep in a bed with no pillows or in a recliner, you may prefer to fit your mask in your usual sleeping position. If you experience difficulties in fitting your mask, please refer to your mask user guide for complete fitting instructions or discuss it with your care provider or equipment supplier.

There doesn't seem to be a vent on this for exhaling . I have a nose mask also with no vent, can't exhale.

Just started full mask last night. I felt congested and air flow didn't feel right. I was only able to wear CPAP for under rwo hours on and off

The problem i have is the strap that pushes against the bone under my eyes its looks like i got punched

I thought Res med would have had nose buds (a bit like ear buds) say in three different size to attach to the nasal mask that way you have more guaranteed air seal, unless the idea is already available.
I’ve used my full mask for since Feb 2016, last three days I’ve been using the nasal mask it having to get used to it.
