These questions are valid. I'm still not sure how this sizing works. So, I'll have to take a guess. I think his nose should be somewhere with that wide colored area, without any of it going out of the area. I can see in the Wide one that he would probably have leaks near the corners of where his noze meets his face. And the Small one would also leak there, and at the tip. And the Small Wide one may leak at the tip. But really, why do I have to guess at that. Just tell me.. Who is your Marketing/Advertising Executive anyhow??

I bought the medium one a month and a half ago. According to the charts it's the one that's supposed to fit my nose. However I have found that lining up the nostril holes is sometimes tricky. It also pushes my nostrils up and towards the middle, which isn't very comfortable. That might have to do with adjusting the head straps.

the selection is "medium" based on the blue fitment shown in the video. the blue most closely matches the profile of the nose. it would be nice if you could get this fitment chart directly from resmed before ordering.

Medium is the best size for me according to the chart and it fits my nose well, but i feel like the mouth portion of the mask isnt wide enough for me. Not sure if a wife would be better but then i dont know if it work well in my nose...

Useless video b/c ResMed doesn't show a person WHICH size the model in the video actually chose!! It just moves too quickly so it's impossible to figure out!! It LOOKS like it MAY be a "medium" but there's NO explanation of why that particular mask cushion was chosen!

While sleeping in this one is typically more comfortable than the f10, The material is much thinner or maybe less supported. After using it for a month and a half I woke up to the bridge of the nose torn between the nostrils. Unfortunately it only has a 30-day warranty. Last night I slept horribly because I'm pretty sure it was leaking air like a sieve at the tear and now I'm going to have to wait a couple days for the new one to come in. I don't know if I'll order this one again or just go back to the old f10. I could get 6 months out of that one easily with routine cleaning.

On the basis of this video and the sizing guide, I am NOT going to fork out £130 for new mask - I have no faith that I will choose the correct size!

According to the guide my nose was a narrow fit. Tried it and had huge leaks. Switched to a wide cushion improved the situation but not quite close to the results i had with my old P10. Waiting for the SW to try but i don't think it will fit either. if i knew it was that difficult to find the right size i wouldn't bother. Probably would go for a P30i or N30i. Editing my post. After a 2 month usage i found out that this mask cannot sustain pressure more than 10 degrees on resmed airsense 10 autoset. Increasing the pressure more than 10 causes the cushion to act as a ballon. I have set it to 9.6 and now i have an average of 12 events per hour and 20 lt/hour

So where do I get this thing to measure for the size....and how do I know which size will be right? Right now my face mask is not fitting correctly. Noone EVER tried to fit my face to a size! ! ! ! ! !

Yes it’s important to get the right size for your nose but why not the mouth? I tried using this mask and after a couple of hours air leaks out of the sides of my mouth. No matter how I adjusted it same air leaks after a couple of hours.

Agreed with all of the comments here. Both the frame and cushion videos and fitting instructions don't give detail. Narrative please! Smh

Agree with all the comments here about a complete lack of instructions on finding the correct size. I would also add that the "SW" size is not an option when you try to purchase one of these masks.

Question: I currently use a F10 mask. Looking to upgrade. will this mask connect to my existing heated hose? I assume yes since the mask is listed as compatible with air sense 10

I am going to retry the mask I have no clue on how to get the headgear size? It just says to try it on and if its in the middle its good.

Well my question is how are we determining how our nose lies by looking at it from straight above or like someone in front of you at an angle or us trying to look down.
