Not one of the videos shows the inside of the mask particularly the inside nose fit. I cannot get a seal after watching multiple videos & reading the manual at least 20 times

Can’t get it to seal without tightening so tight that it hurts.

I was so excited to get this mask because NONE of the other masks I’ve purchased from resmed have worked. The n20 gives me so much congestion from the pressure on the bridge of the nose that I cannot sleep, the f20 (tried two different pillow sizes) also hurts my nose so much that it would be red all day, and if I loosened up the straps, leak into my eyes.

Now I’ve got the f30i, it doesn’t hurt at all but leaks so much that it is completely unusable. I can’t sleep with air blowing into my eyes. And if I tighten it, I can breathe through my nose…I’ve spent hundreds on these masks and don’t know what to do.

How does the fit of the F30i mask compare to the Philips Dreamwear full-face? I use a small Dreamwear.

Does anybody have issues feeling claustrophobic with the mask on? I have done this in the hospital and it just didn't work out. I use the BiPAP machine. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I can't get my mine to seal either. Air leaks all night. This company I get my supplies doesn't even fit you they just send you the size they think you should wear. 😢

This video is not very helpful. What I need is someone to explain how to adjust the mask so it fits and doesn't leak. This video only shows literally how to adjust the straps, but is lacking an explanation. Please consider adding verbal instructions!

Do you know if the F30i is available thru the VA ? I saw the f30 on one of their websites but cannot seem to find a listing for the F30i.

1st time I used last night my oxygen equipment I sleep on my side, but every time I switch sides, I feel the air is escaping on that side of the mask & if I put it any tighter it feels so uncomfortable also why the air full my face cheeks out I have to move to let the air out my full cheeks I ended up removing the whole mask 😬 hoping tonight be better 😒
