This carrot recipe uses pineapple, but feel free to use any type of fruit you enjoy.

Carrots are an excellent source of beta carotene (vitamin A). They have a fair source of B vitamins, like niacin and B6, which help our bodies use energy from foods.

Carrots are also a good source of vitamin C, which keeps our gums, teeth, and skin healthy.

Pineapple is high in vitamin C, which helps your immune system to stay strong and healthy as well as vitamin A.

Ginger has antioxidant, antitumor, anti-inflammatory, and anti-ulcer effects. It also helps with bloating.

Turmeric helps to improve the effects of inflammation, such as ease the pain of stiff joints.

Hi I did your recipe today, but my organic carrots were huge and I double the turmeric and ginger. I yield 41 oz. 🙂 I will put in the fridge and taste it in 15 minutes. 😊 Thank you.🙏

Just made this. Really delicious, and I don't really like carrot juice. The pineapple transforms the taste. I added my latest obsession, a meyer lemon, in addition to extra turmeric and ginger. This one's going in regular rotation. Thank you!

Remember to add some ground black pepper to the juice before you consume it inorder for the curcumin in the tumeric to be absorbed by the body. Great looking juice, though.
