I've watched tons of videos from lots of influencers thru my workout journey and what this guy says always rings true. There ARE no hacks or shortcuts (natural ofc) to building the body you want. Hard work, discipline and time will yield the results.

I always do around 2 rir for my first two sets on an exercise, so I only rest a minute, 2 if its a compound movement. On that third set, I go all out, and if I can, I'll do assisted reps or half reps.

That works for human growth supplementing people. Non users cannot repair fast enough, based off the routine you suggested

Great tips. Here are few unpopular ones:
6) momentum isn't that bad. It can help you smooth the lower part of ROM. Example: when curling heavy, the lower part of amplitude is dangerous to bicep tendons. To avoid bicep tear, swing the weight and then lift it with the biceps.
7) try high intensity training
8) try half reps with heavier weight
9) never lift light
10) use voluminous high rep sets to train legs because they're more durable than upper body naturally.
For upper body: 1 - 10 reps
For lower body: 1 - 20 reps

Training 1 muscle group 2 to 3 times a week sounds a bit too much, where is the recovery? You will overload the nervous system and crash in 3 weeks tops if you go to true failure on each set

Can someone elaborate on tip #3? 10 to 20 weekly sets per muscle group? Wym? What if you are doing strictly body weight?

Going to failure EACH SET is too taxing on the nervous system which makes it an unsustainable strategy for most people. Better to go to failure on the last set of each exercise.
