Since you guys said yes to a meditation practice, here it is! This easy and straight forward 15 minute practice is perfect for beginners and all levels. Before dropping into our meditation, I first cover 6 different tools to use and ways you can meditate, from body work and breath work, to visualization, memorization, movement, and offering up gratitude. My hope is that this practice will help you to alleviate any stress and anxiety, get present, and relax and unwind. Try taking some of the tools I mentioned in this video to create your own meditation or condensed mindfulness practice to utilize as you go through you day!

I was an avid meditator until I learned that for Christian’s it can be a “door” to evil coming in. So, I changed my practice to be more like what you described with focusing on scripture/prayer instead, meditating on Jesus instead of clearing my mind. It changed things in my life for the better. I think it’s great you are explaining how Christians can absolutely do this safely. ❤

good beginner meditation…. i have been meditating for many many years. I think that once you forget the rukes that everyone says that you need to follow and do what works for you it all just clicks- breathe- sending you love and light

Hi Erin, thank you for sharing this relaxing meditation. I try to meditate daily and love a guided meditation with breath work. The word I took with me was peace. I especially enjoyed your sun visualization and was able to feel the light radiating through me✌️

I love picturing myself on a hill on a sunny day just resting. I LOVE journaling as well. I homeschool and we try to write in our thankful journals two to three times a week.
We also talked in church about turning our complaints into thanks/joy. ❤️❤️
