why your version is v0.4 but github version is 0.2 ?

Problem I have with it is when I set the default key it only works until i shut down Blender. When I restart I have to go back into the addon and change the key again. I did find if I went into the file and change the value on line 24 it does stick that way but otherwise it made it to annoying to use if I did not do that.

Is there a faster way to join vertices then pressing alt + m?

Does it only delete by faces or deletes by the selection you choose from the X hotkey?

The file I found from your link is 0.2 and it doesn't do anything. Where did you find 0.4?
