Creases are so underrated. You can sharpen edges or faces without adding more loop cuts, bevels etc.

This is beyond useful whenever using the SS modifier. I used to add so many loop cuts with overlapping geometry just to make sure bigger models would have proper edges where needed. This does the same exact thing, without bogging down performance by adding a ton of more geometry

To keep borders of an object sharp you can also check Boundary Smoothing to Keep Corners in Advanced tab in Subsurf Modifier

sad it s not possible to put value number without going to the panel. Would be far quicker. And one of my biggest wishes would be to have a crease non constant
