You weren't kidding. Due to your comment under the Thiamine video, I started taking Resveratrol over the past three days (1-2 pills, 200-400mg, from some company). I noticed less pain in my floxed Achilles the next day and today I can take normal steps without having to walk on my heels. That's the only extra supplement i added recently to my extensive list. It's probably too soon to give Resveratrol all the credit with that low dosage (compared to the 1, 000-2, 500mg in the video above) but so far I'm encouraged. Thank you!
