The fact that people will spend hundreds more just to speed the process up by half a second is crazy. I was going to get a 10, but after watching reviews and considering it's going to be in a case, i said I'm going with the 9. It's an ipad, so it'll do what it's supposed to do. Usb c makes all the difference, you can connect monitor + usb thumb drive for files transfer

The old iPad is easier to hold especially when in bed. I had the m2 air. Not easy to hold. Sold it because I only need it for media consumption and that m2 was too much for my needs and just go the 9th gen.
