Just ordered this for half price on the big Criterion sale in the US. I can't wait to get my hands on it and retire my dvd. I really appreciate all the details you give in your videos. You always do such a great job.

I had never seen Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid. I grew up with The Wild Bunch. I watched Major Dundee and The Ballad of Cable Hogue -- and Bring Me the Head of Alfredo Garcia. I watched Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid last night and LOVED everything about it. Criterion's package is EXCELLENT.

The best version is the turner cut 1988 on the dvd … yep they didn’t even restore it so I won’t be buying this set. So much is cut out of the film in this set.
