This is great. I actually had an issue after a Windows Update that prevented the Add Bluetooth or other devices button from working. I looked everywhere for a solution but nothing worked. I also noticed that the action center wasn't pulling up. I found my way here and ran the PowerShell script. Viola! The action center is up and running again. --> Huge bonus, my bluetooth problem was solved as well. Thanks again. I wish I had found your video earlier as it would have saved me a lot of time.

Thank you so much this method worked for me "Get-AppxPackage"
Now i have notfy and volumebar again, don't worry if take few minutes in a command window, just wait for finish for config end.

It also solved a couple of other problems I had with a recent Windows update.

It didn't work for me, unfortunately. What do you do after the end of the third process when that window (2:07) appears, asking to try again? I clicked "try again", but nothing really happens and that window is still there.
