The policy thing worked for me, but I did a bit differently. I first set it to disabled instead of not configured, then I applied the update command and then went back to it again and set it to not configured then updated it again, finally I restarted and it ixed it for me

I used the third method and the action centre toggle appeared. I turned it on but still the action centre didn't appear on my taskbar. Please can you help?
