Brother,
I make plans that I will do this, I will do that but my mind just start running from studies . If I pick up my phone, I use it for hours and hours or if I don't pick up my phone, I go outside and waste time with my friends and at night start thinking that i have to study to get my dream college and then i feel depressed while looking at my time wasting activities. then I start thinking that i will do this tomorrow, i will do that tomorrow but in reality - I do nothing etc..
