Jack. Your advice is wonderfully heart centered & practical. Being in our authenticity is supremely vital. It starts with self respect & conveying your truth to another. Sadly some women go with the flow of affairs hoping a fairly tale will emerge. It never does and we end up more emotionally defragmented & lost. Say no to unavailable partners from the start. It's a dead end with your heart sitting at the bottom of a pit.

As foolish getting involved with someone who was already in a relationship sounds, I have finally walked away from an 8 year affair. Yes… this happens to men too. It’s hard and painful but she was never going to commit to a real relationship with me. I would be keen to look at getting together in a group as this journey is hard when you have no one to share your pain and grief with. Thank you… your words make sense and help to ground me.

Honestly having been in various dynamics over the years including a long marriage, being the one who is cheating on their partner is the most stressful. Having a partner with ill health makes for a very stressful life. Leaving your partner is so hard however much you feel for someone else plus you really haven’t had a chance to know if that relationship would work. But I do wish some people would stop pretending that there is only one “good” person in these scenarios

The fundamental problem with cheating isn't the sex, it's the disrespect you display toward your committed partner in the form of deception, dishonesty and betrayal. Cheaters are morally weak, selfish and cowardly: they simultaneously lack the courage to: (1) fully commit to the person they are cheating with, and (2) confess the truth of their affair to the person they say they are committed to. They are destroyers who want to have their cake and eat it too, but end up with neither.

Above all, remember folks: once a cheater, ALWAYS a cheater.

Its been 5 yrs for me. I ended my marriage within months of meetimg him. Because i knew i wanted to be free. But here i an sadly still waiting but its one delay after delay. Its his elderly parents livung with them, its kids etc. I need to set boundaries to end this. Its been hard. This video helps. Thank you

Authenticity. It’s a word that gets thrown around so much that it’s now benign. Sometimes, it isn’t even used in the correct context. Or worse, it’s used hurriedly to create a sense of mystery. But, I would like to date a man that is authentic. And as a woman, I’d like to know what men find to be authentic, and what the perimeters are in couple relationships.
