Lol, this is perfectly cooked! Oh my damn I almost drooled on my phone. Coming from a southern Black family, I've been told countless times by family & my lover, "That steak is raw. You're trying to make us sick." People seem to forget, the medium rare steak has so much natural flavor because of the iron in the blood of the meat itself. More juicy, easier to cut & has a buttery taste all its own. When cooked the way you did, it's an unbeatable steak. Thank you👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾😋 for sharing this video. My kids love steaks cooked like this. Looks medium wellish. Flank is fairly tender if you just slice across grain. Could use more seasoning or marinade. Jaccard for extra credit

Cooked to perfection. I do my flanks in my toaster oven. Gives it's a great crust.
