Wasn't Wilts dunking from the three point line, a reason for a rule change and he also dunked on a 12 foot basketball rim, at college?

As others have mentioned, many players do not appear on the list...but let's do a simple math: Spudd Webb's height: 168 cm. MJ's height: 198 cm. That makes 30 cm of difference considering also the fact that MJ's arms were way longer than Webb's. So...Webb: 168 + ~40 (arm extension above the head) + 116, 84 = 324, 84 cm. The basket stands at 315 cm. So, in other words Webb couldn't even dunk the ball cause by holding the ball, he loses more or less other 10 cms. Need to go on?
