Yet another stellar insight in to our unfortunate modern-day psyche. I try to tell my dad, how the present moment is where I want to plant myself most. He always leans towards plans, what's next, gotta make plans for the future. I see no benefit to this. Of course it's benefits are there. But to be rooted constantly in this race to the finish line mindset is a disease we should shed. Thanks for the video. ❤
