Adam 1. realized people keep on referring to New Jersey l have not seen that anywhere in our assignment or am l missing something 2. how did you get to know it was 10 years as it is not mentioned 3. how did you get -.75% on the $30000 when point no2 clearly says subtract a 0.50% point for loans that are equal to or under and over $175000 and 20 or fewer years? l am thinking 0.50% interest is applied on both and $175000 kindly help me understand.thanks
