System File Checker
In Windows 10/8/7/Vista, the System File Checker is part of the Windows Resource Protection, that protects registry keys and folders and critical system files. If it detects changes to a protected system file, the corrupt file is restored from a cached copy located in the Windows System32 folder.

You should run this utility first, before trying to do a System Restore. In the search box on the taskbar, type Command Prompt, and right-click or press and hold Command Prompt from the list of results. Select Run as administrator, and then select Yes. Now type sfc /scannow and press Enter. Do not close this Command Prompt window until the verification is 100% complete. The scan results will be shown after this process is finished.

I had an issue with speedfan so I uninstalled it. After uninstalling it my task bar freezes and totally not working. I reset my pc through the button then after restarting my pc everything works and looks fine...

My question is.. can I use sfc /scannow just to make sure that I have issues with my pc? Is it safe using that command even when I just want to check and make sure?
