I know this video isnt the newest but i just wanted to say thank you for giving me a little win with this. Been having some obscure start up and shut down issues after some dumb download decisions and this looks like it has made some kind of difference which is a big win after a few days of set backs. whenever I do DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth, it wont give me any progress bar and wont do anything except say "deployment image...." and the version of DISM. How do I get the progress bar to show up and for DISM to do what its supposed to?

Yeah my stuff just keep making the desktop refresh after an update I can stop it but if I update it again then it starts back up again so ima try this and see if it helps me.

What specifically do I search for in either the cbs, or the dism log files to see exactly what was repaired? Running dism.exe got me the output The restore operation completed successfully, which I'm told indicates that a repair was performed.

what do I do if I copied the first command and no percentage comes up when I enter it it seemed to respond to the command but no percentage came up.

It says windows cannot access the specified device path when I try to open as administrator. Do you know why this is happening?

i can’t boot my pc to use dism online and i’m stuck using recovery cmd, i can’t delete partitions on my c drive thru reappear after overriding, i get errors for sfc scannow i just want to wipe everything and start fresh but i cant
