It is okay to floss with the same part of the floss every part between your teeth. Does the dirt from one space between your teeth can put in another space between your teeth during flossing?

Seems that we can over floss ? Because of certain Covid 19 policy I wasn't able to have my usual cleanings for at least six months . I just had one, and they found some plaque and stains in between . Before that I used to do it up and down about ten times each side . Now after recent cleaning, doing it twenty times each side .. and using hydrogen peroxide as rinse . Finish with fluoride rinse

Also - how do you effectively move to a clean section of the floss? Seems like all that junk is just going to be all over your fingers!
