One critical thing to not ruminate over is to stare blindly at attachment theory. It is after all a spectrum. I for one am a guy who is anxious, and I feel very much in tune with my feelings and process fast.

My DA who ghosted me has sent me on a psych kick about Attachment Theory. Emotional unavailability, unable to express concerns or feelings, not moved to compassion at seeing me hurt and suffering, but orbiting me by watching my stories...I can't even deal. I know there's childhood trauma there but this cat and mouse game and anxiety is just not worth it in my opinion. Like I shouldn't be having to binge watch psych videos to try and understand a person who may never see my worth or care about the damage they're leaving in their wake. :'(

I am the anxious type as a man and was a bit offended reading the title haha. My ex girl is extreme avoidant. And yes it’s absolutely true she processed later. months later and then gets out of the sudden nostalgic.
