I know I have commented before, but seriously, everytime I have an IC flare up, I come to your videos. I watched all the pelvic floor releases and guided meditations. My IC specialist and OBGYN doctors are always asking about you and your videos to reccomend to their patients! These always do the trick to help me during a flare up. Thank you.

literally changed my life. This is my ammo every day, morning and night. You should feel good about what you did here. It has been orders of magnitude more helpful than any prescription medicine. Discipline is the answer to CPPS, and this is the practice.

I was diagnosed with IBS a few years ago and the constant toilet time disrupted my pelvic floor coordination immensely. For the past year or so, I have been troubled by constant feeling of tightness at the backside, feeling of a tight ball at the area above my pelvic bone and urinary symptoms such as stream weakness and frequency. Since the first time I did the stretch you demonstrated, I felt an immediate improvement in all the symptoms. After a week, I was largely relieved of my urinary symptoms. Thank you so much. Your videos had really improved my life greatly!

I have been ill for a very long time with lyme and coinfections. I have been struggling terribly with trauma, PTSD. I have started to incorporate these stretches into my every day life and they are helping TREMENDOUSLY with the stress response!!! I am disappointed when they are over and just want to keep doing them over and over. I think they will be integral to my healing. THANK YOU💜

I have shared several of your videos with close friends and continue to do these stretches myself. It’s wonderful to get a good nights sleep without waking to go to the bathroom multiple times. Stretches, bathroom tips, and all, you cover it!

You are a goddess! I had hip surgery 6 years ago on one hip, and since then, I've been dealing with chronic IC that diet and supplements just never solved. Now I know it's from pelvic floor dysfunction and muscle imbalances created by the surgical procedure. This routine literally saves me from getting up 4 times per night to pee. I'm going to save all your routines into a playlist- thank you so much!!

Thanks you so much for taking the time to make such a great routine. I've had pelvic pain in my perineum for four years. As a 26 yr old man, it has been crippling to be in pain every day (especially in the afternoon/evening), after urinating, bowel movement, etc. I've been to a physical therapist for several months, acupuncturist, urologist, etc. I would ask that you now make a pelvic floor exercises strengthening routine. Now that we can use this release routine to get to a place without pain, the next step would be rebuilding the related musculature. We would all be so grateful. My goal is to feel like a human being again, so I can finally feel like a father and husband like when I could function. Thanks again!

I've been doing these stretches almost every day for a couple of months now. They've helped me more than any meds ever did. Thank you so much!

I love the music it calms me and slows me down doing the stretches. I can’t do all the stretches but this helps my mobility. I was bed bound in 2015 and I add this to my program of healing my severe interstitial cystitis and pelvic pain and IBS .

Because of you, Dr. Susie Gronski, and Dr. David Wise, I am finally on my way (slowly, slowly) to managing pelvic pain after nearly 30 years. Thank you so much for all you do.

This video is my go-to twice-a-week exercise that keeps my hips and lower torso from curling up like a bug in a windowsill. Thank you, Dr. Bri!

Recently after 8 momths of pain thinking I was dealing with a 24/7 uti I was just told I'm dealikg with a tight pelvic floor. Started therpay 3 weeks ago. 1st visit was consultation. 2nd visit we started with massages for my neck, stomache and legs which helped tremendously. Tomorrow I start 3rd visit so let's see what goes on. Ive been starting on these streches with this video a couple of days ago and I have my period and so far honestly things are looking great. So I definitely will be doing these strecthes and physicalg therapie's and let's see what this next momth will hold. God is so Good. Blessed that it's just a pelvic floor issue and can do something about it. Happy Easter everyone :)
