Just got undertale on my switch and I flew threw the neutral and pacifist routes...

And then undyne the undying shows up and kicks my ass

Everyone: Undyne is harder than Sans.

Obviously, she is determined as much as you. The only thing that helps the player is that they can die and come back.

Edit: 3 yrs later: from the replies turns out it just depends on you and how you play, since some are saying Sans is broken (financially) and some are saying Undyne is in your house right now. Basically what I said originally is ONLY plot-wise.
Anyway good luck on your fight with her, whoever is reading lol
