You may say that Undyne can't be hurt by Sans' Karmatic Retribution but keep in mind that she was willing to kill the human even when Papyrus told her not to, And LoV is the Level of Violence - one's capacity to hurt and we can arguably believe that even without obtaining EXP, Undyne's capacity to hurt even in her Undying form will be her downfall, and I'm not glazing Sans here but Chara would have not won if she didn't break the game (she attacked when it's not her turn and attacked twice without even using the fight button)

tho it depends on fighting who, cause like Sans bypasses game rules, and basically has the best offence, due to having telekinesses and so on

Frisk/chara managed to tire out sans because of Resets, without the ability to resetet the fight was over in the first 5 seconds

I would say undyne would beat sans low diff instead of mid diff as sans can only deal 1 damage, and the reason he deals so much damage is cause of karma and karma damage scales on how much kills the target kills or how bad they are, and I'll say Undyne is a nice person and she probably only killed like 6 people from the 6 humans and she probably won't kill a monster since she's a hero, so sans can only deal probably like almost nothing to Undyne as she has lile 27000 hp so she'll probably be walking through sans attacks like mahoraga walking through sukuna's domain.
