I'm planting tomorrow in 25 gallon cloth bags so I'm soaking up what first hand knowledge I can. Great info, thanks.

This year, I grew corn in a 20 gallon grow bag for the first time, and it has been amazing. All th18 seeds germinated and my cats ate half, finding them absolutely irresistible. Of the remaining 9, 8 grew to 7 feet and sprouted ears and tassels. A couple have more than one ear, which I did not expect. Thanks for explaining how to know when to harvest. I didn't have a clue!

I just received my corn seed today from Gurney, gotta have it is the name of this corn seed. I have a ton of 5 gallon growing bags but I think that I will get a couple of 20 gallon and someone suggested using a kiddie pool. That sounds like a good idea as well. I am 75 years young so planting in the ground, for me is very difficult so I will do it like this! I hope tomorrow morning it's a good day for gardening. Carol

I use mulching to reduce watering and it works well. Save water and work load.
