The table has facts. but it is a misleading truth, as it leaves out utilities, property tax, fees, and provincial income tax.

Studies and statistics are interesting, but some components are usually left our or ignored like we see in this table, as we know objectivity and subjectivity occurs in studies and statistics.

There is always a bigger picture to to speak and this tables does not show it. It is always good to evaluate sources for bias and credibility.
