Out of curiosity; whats regarded as time in range? Its being used as a term in many presentations and interviews, but its not defined. 3.9 to 10? Which would be 70 mg/dl to 180 mg/dl?

Is there a way to figure out how long your in target range ? Or is that just with a Dexacom ?
