I love this video so much! I love that you just hammered right in and focused on the cures and didn’t go yammering on about the problem for an hour and a half. Thank you I found this incredibly helpful.

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:

00:00 💊 *Treating mold in CIRS with binders, *
- Mold detoxification primarily occurs through the liver into bile and feces.
- Cholestyramine and welchol are pharmaceutical binders often used, but they can cause intolerances due to fillers.
- Okra and beet fiber have shown effectiveness as binders, providing alternatives to pharmaceutical options.
02:48 🌱 *Fiber as a natural detoxifier, *
- Fiber, particularly from sources like okra and beet, can effectively bind mold toxins.
- The average American diet lacks sufficient fiber intake, which impacts detoxification.
- Increasing fiber intake to around 40 grams daily can support detoxification processes and overall health.
05:19 🧬 *Maximizing detoxification with lipid therapy, *
- Lipid therapy, including phosphatidylcholine and omega-3/6 fatty acids, aids in detoxification and reduces inflammation.
- Lipid therapy focuses on enhancing bile production and improving mitochondrial function.
- Individualized approaches are crucial in tailoring treatments based on patient tolerance and needs.

Good video! Constructive correction: you mention Dr. Andrew Heyman twice but the graphic actually shows Dr. Mark Hyman.

I have CIRS. I had to stop treatment because I was reacting so badly. I hope I can start treatment again once I get in a clean environment

What about modified citrus pectin as a fiber source?

Hi, Just a heads up - you put up a picture of Mark Hyman MD rather than Andrew Heyman MD.

How come I didn’t get CIRS until working in a WDB if Actinos are produced on our skin? Also once you clear Marcons you can go on VIP right? Doesn’t VIP bring down the inflammation?

My practitioner only uses mycobind ? Do you think I should ask for cholestyramine or welchol?

Whats the best way you recommend to get the 40+ grams of fiber? Eating a certain something or a kind of powder drink?

Interesting info... I utilized a raw meat diet with white rice and Canxida to get through the issues after going through all kinds of tactics and procedures.

Hello. I heard Dr. Shoemaker say in one video "patients would ruin their therapy, by taking curcumin at the wrong point of time". No further explenation. That statement makes me wonder, and gives me insecurity. How could he possibly meant this? Thanks

So what if you have mycotoxin illness as well as sibo? Arent you meant to stay away from fibre if you have sibo?

Curious- what type of Okra? Is this a powder, pill? What format for Okra? Thank you

Shoemaker doesnt really talk about fiber, and a lot of CIRS practitioners recommend carnivore, fiber-free diet. I dont see fiber as essential and if it was a good binder then we wouldnt need the cholestyramine

If alcohol sugars/sweetners give you constipation, your problem is very likely Intestinal Methanogen Overgrowth instead of an elusive condition with very little research behind it such as CIRS.

If you think I’m wrong, please point me to some proper research about this, because I can’t find it.

What's confusing to me is I have gone through phases in life where I have been sick then really well then sick again. So I don't know if this is how CIRS works or not.

I do know I get a lot better when eating strict carnivore/ketovore. Bone broth helps more than anything. Activated charcoal helps a lot too. Cruciferous veg help but they can cause constipation. I'm having a hard time understanding if I just have really bad leaky gut or if it's CIRS, or both.

Are you accepting patients?

I stutter now. My brain is inflamed. There are no doctors in OKC to help me. I’m doing nerofeedback and it hasn’t helped. I need help. My OcratoxinA was 15.55 It’s so high. My landlord said it wouldn’t make me sick. I no longer live there as of May 2nd 24. I’m not better and I’m an intelligent woman but I can’t think right anymore.
