Simple peg legs like that one are, by far, the most comfortable ones : they are light, reasonably light and reliable.

😉Be very proud of yourself...pat yourself on the back 😶. I have learned more from you about my hip disarticulation...than I did from the rehab specialists at Yarmouth Hospital (Nova Scotia). I don't think they even know what a hip disarticulation is...and they call themselves rehab people 🙄.

Can you wear heels with your regular leg? Does it have an adjustable ankle I guess I'm asking? You can extend the tip on your peg to accommodate for the heel height if that works? Thanks for all the info!! Stay safe!!

You have such amazing balance. I have not been able to balance well on my one leg. I can stand still, but moving one legged is beyond my current ability.

Are there exercises that will help with gaining better balance?

0:38 OOh, pretty...the ergocap is a really good crutch tip and if you used WD-40, the 1" one will go on the 30 mm pylon much easier...otherwise you'll say, 'What the heck'? and cuss me out for the recommendation 😂. Expensive and heavy...but seriously good quality. I'm pretty sure the not so hot reviews are only because people didn't know how to put them on.

I would like to find me one. Are be able to make my own. I'm an right leg abk for two years now and just getting the ok to move forward. But she is right the leg they got for me is too heavy
