Samsung TV audio delay and picture sync issues

Disconnecting the speaker, then reset sound
Then connect speaker again . Worked for me 👍🏼
I have a jbl boombox 3
This reset fixed the lip sync with picture and sound
Sometimes have to do it again when goes out of sync

OMG! THANK YOU!! I have been dealing with this issue forever! It was so bad I would watch TV without my glasses so I wouldn't notice! I had it on bitstream and changed to PCM! I am so grateful!!

in my situation it is a delay on the speakers built into the TV as well as on bluetooth headphones and there is progress on the headphones so after a longer period of time the delay is bigger and bigger. the only thing I can do is use the sound directly from the decoder and there are no such problems. It's the first time I've encountered such a situation. I didn't find out where the problem came from and I didn't fix it.

At this point im hoping that updating the tv works because ive exhausted all other options it seems like. Audio settings on the tv, on the xbox, different types of input cables, delay persists. Samsung tv and samsung soundbar and im getting extremely frustrated.

Why is the audio delay set to 100 as default? Why not 0? I didn't see any lip-sync issue, but it bugs me that the default setting is 100.
