Finally the volume is matching their voice it would literally be slow with ppl talking on tv and it would be like their voice wasn’t matching the volume but now it is .

My options for software update abd self diagnose (device care) are grey and will not let me select them.

Forget all this. Hold the power button while the tv is on, it will turn off, wait for it to turn on again while you hold the power button. Everything is buttery smooth again

Just hold the power button for 5 seconds and do a cold restart after you run the device care and only have a few apps on the home screen all the cover arts that are above the app when you hover over it are actually taking up space in the background you can add them when you use them or just open the app in the app launcher when it gots to fetch all that information it slows down the scroll

Settings > General > Device Care > Start Device Care
