Just some things;
1) The area under control of Bosnia in the West was a breakaway province called Western Bosnia. It was hostile to the main Bosnian government and acted neutral towards the Serb and Croatian forces.
2) The state wasn't called "Serbia and Montenegro" until 2006. Prior to that it remained "Yugoslavia".

A friend of my dad escaped from Yugoslavia because of war. His friends said "It's ok". One or two got shot and others died in bombings.

F.Y.R.O.M. was a second name implemented in 1993. Republic of Macedonia was the ONLY name when we gained independence.
